A clear definition of your personal style, distilled into a memorable sentence, with practical principles to guide what you wear and buy.
Guided Wardrobe Edit
A step-by-step process to help you decide what to keep, alter, replace or pass on, and identify what is missing. On this package you do not work through it alone – we go through it together on the call.
Bespoke Capsule Shopping Edit
Pieces selected around your colouring, proportions, style personality, lifestyle and budget.
A minimum clothing budget of £500 is required, separate from the styling fee. This is spent by you directly with retailers, and you ultimately decide which pieces to order and keep.
Styled Outfit Lookbook
Every item you purchase from your edit styled in at least two different outfits, with practical notes for every look – so you are never left holding a new piece wondering what goes with it.
Live Wardrobe Edit Session
A focused 60-minute FaceTime session where we go through your wardrobe together and make the keep, alter, replace and pass-on decisions in real time, rather than leaving you with a list to work through alone.
Shopping Review & Refinement
One round of feedback before you buy. You tell me what you are leaning towards and we refine the edit together, so you order knowing the pieces are right rather than hoping they are.
Try-On & Fit Review

Choose your service
Purchase your place. If you are not sure which service is right, the comparison page sets out exactly what each one includes.

Complete your questionnaire
A link arrives with your order confirmation. You will answer questions about your complexion, lifestyle and sizing, and upload photographs of yourself – plus any style inspiration you have saved.

We work through it together
We start with your 60-minute wardrobe edit on FaceTime. Your guide and shopping edit follow, with a round of review before you buy, a fit review once your pieces land, and a final capsule plan to finish.

Is the service completely digital?
Yes. Your guide arrives by email and both live sessions take place on FaceTime, so the whole service runs from home.
How do the live sessions work?
Both are on FaceTime, at a time arranged with you. The wardrobe edit is 60 minutes and you will need your wardrobe to hand. The try-on and fit review is 30 minutes, once your new pieces have arrived.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Email hello@stephyourstylist.com with at least 48 hours’ notice and we will find another time, up to twice per session. Inside 48 hours, or if you are not there at the agreed time, I will rebook you once as a goodwill exception; after that the session counts as delivered.
Your wardrobe edit needs to be booked within two weeks of your questionnaire arriving, and all sessions used within three months of your order, so your service can be completed.
How long will it take?
Around three to four weeks from your completed questionnaire, depending on availability for your live sessions. The try-on and fit review then follows once your pieces have arrived. If I’m waiting on anything from you, it will take longer.
Do I need professional photographs?
No. Clear phone photographs work well when they follow the guidance in your questionnaire – natural daylight, accurate colour, and a face free of makeup and fake tan matter far more than professional equipment. You will also be asked for any style inspiration you have saved, which helps me understand what you are drawn to.
Is the £500 shopping budget included in the £495 fee?
No. A minimum clothing budget of £500 is required, separate from the styling fee. This is spent by you directly with retailers.
Do I have to buy every recommended item?
No – you ultimately decide which pieces to order and keep. Because this package includes a round of review before you buy, we can adjust the edit together first, so your capsule still works as a whole.
Will the recommendations suit my budget and lifestyle?
Yes. Your questionnaire covers both in detail, and your edit is sourced specifically for your brief rather than from a standard shopping list.
What if an item sells out?
Every item is in stock in your size at the time your guide is sent. Availability moves quickly online, so it is worth ordering promptly rather than leaving it a few weeks.
What happens if I lose my digital file after it’s sent?
Your guide is yours to keep, so please download and save your own copy when it arrives. For privacy reasons I delete digital files and photographs 60 days after your service is complete, so I can’t resend after that.
What if I don’t agree with my colour result?
Email hello@stephyourstylist.com and I’ll walk you through what I saw and how I reached the result. Sometimes a season feels wrong because it’s unfamiliar rather than because it’s inaccurate.
How often will I need to book again?
That is entirely up to you. Your guide is yours to keep, and everything in it is designed to leave you confident choosing for yourself – that is the point of the work, and there is no expectation to come back.
In practice, people return at different rhythms. Some like a Capsule Refresh at the start of each season. Many come back once a year, or every two or three, when a new job, a change in shape, or a wardrobe that has drifted means it is time to look again.
